Jan Martens is an experienced chef. He wants to bring an honest kitchen with a lot of respect for the basic product.

His guests won't get a mishmash of various flavors on the plate , because he believes that people should taste what they eat. He uses the new cooking methods without overdoing and only when it improves the taste of the basic product. He has great respect for the classical kitchen, but he tries to bring a more contemporary , lighter , more playful cuisine .

Cindy welcomes you in the restaurant. On your request she will help you in choosing the wine, and she is doing her utmost to make everyone feel at home.

We want to be a contemporary restaurant without being trendy, and strive after an informal atmosphere where everyone feels good . Our kitchen received 15/20 points in the guide Gault Millau.
